How epic is this going to be?
Will it ruin the game?
Is it what we've always wanted?

Will probably be one of the best MMO's out. Sounds like they intended to build a MMO since Morrowind, and now they've built all the pieces they're putting them together and revamping parts to make an awesome scaled MMO :D

well im kinda careful on any new mmos coming out .. there are two possibilities... they gonna make a casual mainstream mmo out of all of the lore (just like the SWTOR) and dumb it down for the masses. Or they may make a more hardcore and sophisticated game where the kids will have a really haard time to exist, but this will greatly reduce the target group and the playerbase. I will be most happy with the second possibility, but i don't think that there are any chances.

You do want, you do. Even if just to sate the curiosity of what it'd be like. :geek:

So my Dunmer will be finally able to return to Vvardenfell...
Just hope they won't make it too casual (and please let them forget about the level-scalling feature) :-)

I'm not really happy about it.

Its important to note that its not made by Bethesda themselves, rather their parent company ZeniMax.

The reason I don't really want it is because I feel like its ZeniMax selling the series out because an MMO can be a nice cash-cow if it goes well.

As well as that Bethesda have always openly been against creating an MMO for the TES series.

Basically I think it'll boil down to a pretty standard boring MMO, Oh and I hate to break your hearts but if you love playing Imperial, sorry... you can't xD.

Sorry to be the only one who hates it but there we go :P

I'm dubious, I don't think it will be done well. People will expect the quality of Skyrim with all its features, which simply isn't possible.

I'll be definitely having a look at it when a beta comes out, but I don't have my hopes up for it.

At best, I'd just like to go back to the Imperial City with some friends. I always made a Breton in the Elder Scrolls games.
